Omgosh thank you so much I've been looking for something with comparisons like that. Very helpful thank you! As for the weight loss, it all started with a full torso liposuction almost a yr ago which gave me my waist back. The dr took out about 6 lbs and I was 150 lbs. I am now 118 .. My lipo catapulted me to a healthier eating lifestyle :) thanks for the comment
