My PS said the same as Ekaterina777. Advil too early can cause bleeding. However I'm sure your PS knows what he's doing. Maybe just ask him if you're concerned.

Hey there! Glad you're doing better. Just wondering if your Dr. was ok with you taking Advil. Mine told me to wait 2 weeks post op. But to use Tylenol until then.
