It depends on your bodys ability to heal. I'm about to be 2 weeks post op and I still have quite a few bruises and soreness also my stomach is not completely flat yet because of the fluid that accumulated there after the surgery. I don't recommend to go to the beach or pool atleast a month after surgery.
