I am 13 weeks post surgery. I had a mommy makeover also. No lipo yet, but I am considering Lazer lipo. I am 5 feet six and also active. I was originally a 36D, but I was sagging from years of breast feeding. I had a lift and I believe my Dr. added 304CCs. I am now a 36 DD. I am totally happy with my breast size. I think anything more would begin to hinder me activity wise. I am very happy with my size and my surgery results. Best of luck with your surgery.
