    Wtf yall sime crazy broads reading in on the negative n not opening your minds as to what i had said and meant truly..yes they are down everyday but there is still possibiltirs of other viruses being in there not detected n it's a foreign country, hello dint y'all c n hear bout things that go wrong..I'm not pestimistic just cautious..

    Girl get of the gas with that bs,, i ain't raining on no ones parade.. First of all it's a foreign country and there standards are not always like the us is all I'm saying..and second off i mean the experience is not what she had expected, she meant to go and get it done without not having the issues that she had so stop reading in on what you want to with yo negative ass

    Omg not a good experience, id be scared bout the blood transfusion, i see she had to do that alot. Did you all questions if it's clear of any diseases or viruses?

    Well those of you trying to loose weight the best diet i think would be a no carb diet.. Meaning no rice bread cereal, tortillas, n etc. your carbs will come from your fruits n veggies..i am gonna get my bbl but i was asked to gain weight because I'm 126 n in shape but with a few inches in my flanks from my kids i can't get rid of..lol so for bfast eat like 2 eggs n 2 turkey bacon n a fruit like banana or berries.. N snack later greek yogurt n almonds a handfull n lunch a grilled chicken salad..i put carrots n cucumbers n parm skim mozzarella cheese n i use a a low fat dressing n drizzle not soak it.. N snack late i eat carrots our apple n some more nuts n dinner grilled chicken baked sweet potatoe fries seasoned with paprika n sea salt n pepper n steamed veggies or another smal salad..never eat to get full..but those are ideas..stick with that and start walking for at least thirty min a day n i guarantee you will lose weight..the idea us to burn more calories than you consume..and foods high in carbs are not good to eat if your not a active person, now eating carbs is what you're body needs to build muscle but good carbs but right now you need to shock you're body and detox the bad foods out..but hope you can stick to it..
