I didn't use either and had zero issues. It seemed like a waste of money to me. I only had 1 bruise anyway. I'm a nurse - I need to seem some evidence based practice. Lol.
I think there's a noticeable difference since using the strap. Is there a different type of strap you can use? Or perhaps you could use it intermittently.
Vaca was good. It was great to wear a bathing suit! I'm really liking the look. The pain will get better. Mine lingered for about 2 days. My friend hugged me really tight (he didn't know about the surgery) and it hurt so bad i almost cried. I'll definitely be steering clear of working out for a couple more weeks. How're they looking?
I can't see it - I've looked from every angle. It's squishy and moveable. If I'm wearing a bra that's not as supportive it can be really uncomfortable. I wear sports bras most of the time but after a 12 hour shift it still hurts. Plus I can't always wear a sports bra with some of the shirts I have. Does yours hurt?
