CHARLEMAGNE, I feel your pain, I have the same scars and no earlobes since 2009. In Atlanta I hate to call him Dr. because he doesn't deserve the title. Kim butchered my ears, and I was crazy enough to let them do a 2nd procedure on me (not Kim). THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. These people LSL are still bickering w/me over this matter. Please reply to this posting, so we can ban together.
