Pillows, 4 reusable ice packs, neosporin, gauze pads, non stick gauze pads, colace stool softeners, fresh pineapple, front closure pjs, front closure sports bra, back scratcher. Look at my profile, i put my shopping list on there and lots of details on each post op day with tips. Good luck.
I totally understand what you mean about being sewn too tight. From the day of my surgery i though my right side was sewn too tight. And the right side has given me problems the whole time. Dont get me wrong, im so glad i did this and love the size of my new boobs. I just wish my right side t junction wold close already!
The vaselin/petroleum gauze should be near the non stick gauze and regular gauze at CVS. And u ou dont need to use a whole sheet, just cut a little piece for that open area. That way you wont have to buy so many because they can get pricey. It really helps! One vaseline gauze 2x2 size lasts me about a week because i am just cutting little pieces and then fold it back up and save the rest for the next dressing change.
