Thanks TopHeavy! Your perspective is really helpful. It's great to hear from simialr sized people with a passion for running :) Before surgery did you have back probs? If so, did surgery help alleviate some of that?
Claudia22, LOL. I read that you're supposed to wait a bit before shopping because things aren't quite settled? Good to know some people started shopping right away :)
I'm giving myself 1-2 years... I think that's when the scars start to fade & your shape settles? I'm not worried about the first 1.5 weeks, I'm concerned about the weeks after that - when will I be 100% at the gym again, when can I swim, do yoga... I'm worried about not being able to wear an underwire bra for months, etc.
