I get breakout ocassionaly, not bad. However, any little pimple usualy leaves a mark. I did not look that bad after fractional, very sunburned,but less than 1 week healing. However, profractional I had about a week healing, since there were bloody spots that scab over. I have no pictures though. Basically, housebound for a week after pro fractional.
