Wow, I just have to say, you currently have an incredible butt! I can't believe you would prefer the image on the right, but of course everyone is different. I would LOVE your current butt for myself. I can't get it that toned. If you chose not to have your surgery, you are certainly blessed with a great behind! Hope everything works out for you.
Thanks Maryanne! Looks like IPL is the most recommended, although another poster said it would cause more scarring. I am confused, because I certainly don't want to make things worse. Good luck with your search, and hope you find a solution.
