Speaking of breastfeeding, I had been done breastfeeding my youngest for 10 months prior to my surgery, and now, more than 2 months after my surgery, I can still squeeze a few drops out LOL So yes, it is possible to BF after a reduction, and Dr. Hammond apparently kept all that intact for me (even though I'm done having kids!)

You look great! And yes, I have a favorite LOL I'm also having issues with my lefty not rounding out the same. My doc was a little concerned about it at my 5 week post op appointment (I'm 9.5 weeks post op now) and so I go back again in Sept to see if it has dropped and rounded out like the right one has. Either way, I'm still SO happy I got this done! I went from an H/I to a D!

My answer is NO, you will not regret it when it's all over! :) I'm SO happy that I had mine done. I've bought probably at least 10 bras and 3 swimsuits since my surgery, just because I actually can buy them from the store and they fit! Did Dr. Hammond mention what size he thought you would be after surgery? He didn't even hesitate when I asked and said that I would be a D... lo and behold, I'm a D! He definitely knows his stuff. The tough part about a summer surgery will be no swimming for about a month, or until your incisions are completely healed. But I bet you'll have no problems at all with halter style swim suits after surgery!

It's funny you say that because my friend had a reduction with Dr. Hammond about 8 years ago. I sent her an email with my "after photo" (the one with a bra on!) and she said that hers look just like mine lol. I really should update with some new pics, now that I'm 2 months post op! At my 5 week post-op appointment, Dr. Hammond wasn't completely satisfied with my results since I'm not as symmetric as he would prefer. I go back again in Sept. for another check up so he can evaluate then if he would like to make any corrections. I think though, at this point, I would probably decline corrections because I'm still 1000% satisfied with my results :)

Dr. Hammond will say no heat or ice, since it can delay healing :)
