Holy cr@p that is an insane difference!!! I'm going to go to the Dominican Republic for my surgery and still undecided what dr to go to but I think I'm deff going to have to talk to dr Fatima Almonte!

I'm so scared she won't let me get everything done that I want done :( if I went to yily I would prob try for around the same time..
