I use fx silicone sheets from makemeheal.com wore for 8 wks they suggest 12 weeks feeling is coming back so i feel the injections not too bad though just as bad as laser hair removal or electrolysis they're free apart of my treatment plan for how long he thinks i need them.

Hey Chicago6889 my tummy is still numb. My scar is flat due using silicone sheets and the kenalog injections my ps is giving me monthly. I'm also hard above the bb which I thought was my rock hard abs lol!!! Have you tried using the silicone sheets yet? I only do crunches on the yoga ball so I don't have any issues with it i do feel the soreness days later. I love the hard feeling where my abs are embrace it girl! :) Pep up I'm 5 months out next week and feeling great. I've come to realize that the swelling is here to stay if I eat anything fried or salty yes I still pay for it 5 months later not happy about it but mentally adjusted so oh well no regrets still!
