I am 3 weeks post op and have lots of numbness in the same areas as you so I think it is normal, my surgeon said to expect this and it should wear off by 6 to 8 weeks as the nerve endings heal up.
think you should have them under the muscle, they are less likely to sag as they will be supported better by your tissues. I have just had 460cc removed and downsized to 360cc with an uplift. I got back ache from the weight of them plus the surgeon could not get the left one leve with 2 attempts as he said my tissues in the left side couldn't support the weight - may have been bad surgeon though as i had to go to another for this op because the other one left me high and dry with wonky breasts saying he had done all he could - nightmare - 3 ops later i am hoping they will be right - 3 days post op now but good luck anyway, as long as surgeon is good i think you will be ok
