To help, I am only 24 now with no kids, no pregnancies. I always wear a bra, even a sports bra at night. I was told that would help from sagging faster. I was also told multiple times from breast examinations my implants are not under the muscle like I was reassured by the surgeon they were. I have plenty of friends who have been in horrible shape before implants with no reconstruction or breast lift who now have larger breasts that sit full and perky. I'm only 24 with lower breast than my own mother.
