I just received the paperwork to request personal medical leave under the fmla, but am concerned they will not approve if its for a tummy tuck. However, some girls have said their doctor has put its for a hernia or something of hat sort in the abdonimal area and it was approved. Can you tell me what Yily put and how you went about requesting it from her? thanks so much girl

hey girl, I know what you mean. I would like to get the approval before I leave and get the surgery! Did Yily say what she would put in the paperwork? the reason for the surgery? Im afraid if she puts tummy tuck I wont get approved for fmla. I heard other doctors (I think robles) put its a hernia in the abdominal area. Please let me know . thanks so much
