Don't do it. You look perfect. Buy a push-up if you want to look bigger in some outfits. The "what you want" picture shows a girl who is way too top heavy. People who naturally (and surgically) have breasts that large often times suffer from back pain. I have implants and can't wait to get them out.
I just commented on your other review. It was interesting to read what you posted here because my doctor wants to leave my capsules in. (I've had 4 consultations with different doctors about removal and I liked this doctor best as he spent a lot of time listening to my concerns). I am worried that because of the capsular contraction, it would not be good to leave the capsule in. I would think that my capsule may be thick and may show through my skin after removal. But I have heard that capsule removal can be an extensive surgery and sometimes its best to leave them in. It seems that your doctor has said the same thing..
I am also planning to remove my implants soon. I had two babies & breastfed both with implants. Five years ago, I got 425cc implants and soon after had my first baby (and my breasts became Huge, as you explained). Then I downsized to 325cc and had another baby. Now I have capsular contraction in my right breast. After all that, I am excited to explant! I look forward to hearing how your removal goes.
And some of my husbands friends asked him & I think he did tell them. With mine first set of implants, they were so large, so it would have been hard to lie about it lol.
