Thank you for your post. I can identify as I am 9 weeks and experiencing the swelling, pain and spasms that you did at the same time. I am hoping 3 weeks from now will bring some changes.
Hi Runner, I can sympathize with you. I thought my recovery would be a breeze and I would snap back because of my fitness level as well. Not the case. I won't even post pics anymore because at almost 10 weeks my belly is nowhere near flat. My belly button still swollen shut, and I have swelling above, below and everywhere, on my entire abdomen. I can't get out of bed, cough, sneeze without it stopping me in my tracks from the pain. My skin is loose, and not draped well at all over my belly. It looks really weird and creepy. It definitely sucks, but I am trying to stay positive. I just won't go there that this is my final result. Thank you for your honest posts, women undergoing this need to read real posts. I have also been truthful on my updates too. Good Luck and I am hoping all ends well for both of us, and for the others going thru this.
