Day 5,
I met with the doc, and he was happy with results. He checked my eyes and everything checked out ok. He said I had some swelling but he thinks I will like the results when the swelling is gone. He set up another appointment 6 weeks out.
He told me I could resume normal physical activities on day 8. I was surprised by that, because I wasn't quite feeling normal on day 5, so I didn't think I would be ready to workout on day 8.
Day 8
I actually started feeling like my normal self on day 7.
Today, on day 8, I actually worked out at the gym tonight and then went out for 2 mile run. I wanted to take it easy, and not push myself more than 2 miles.
Also, my situation might be quite different from others, so people don't exercise on day 8, unless you doctor specifically tells you that you can.
For me I was kind of anxious for about the first 3 to 4 days, but everything seems to be going smoothly.
My bruising is almost gone, but I still have a little bruising along the tear troughs.
When I went to work I was surprised that nobody made any comments at all about my eyes. However I still have some swelling so maybe that has something to do with it. I also wear glasses. Or maybe people really just don't pay attention to that stuff. For me, I can notice a huge difference, and even the doc said that I had a lot going on in that area.
I will try to post a another pic soon.
I think the resurfacing really would just totally give me a nice fresh look, however I think the bleph took care of most of my concerns.
