You'll be fine!!! You've got it! I had to have a blood transfusion but other than that my recovery hasn't been bad. No real pain. Just soreness and stiffness from aggressive lipo! READ COMMENT

Today was my first day. My doctor says to ease back into it and listen to my body. I had a TT a few years ago and was running 5 milers at 5 weeks post op. I think exercise aids in the healing. But definitely listen to your doctor.... READ COMMENT
