    Trust me your nose will look soo different from now to 18 months later. It just means he didnt over do it and your results are gonna look nice and natural. i loved my first nose job as soon as the cast was off even though it was swollen it look small n perfect..18 months later when all the swelling went i was left with a pointy tip way too thin as was the bridge too so i had to get a revision to add cartliage..so believe me its is gonna look wayyy more defined later you dont want it to look thin already cause it will be shocking later

    You look stunning your results suit u so much and will look even better in time..though i dont know why your ps told you 4-6 is the final appearance cause itll be around 1 year or more before your final result so dont freak out if it still looks a tad swollen for a while :)

    Your nose is close to perfect especially your profile, most surgeons will always find something they think they can fix and sometimes make it worse. In my opinion i think you should get fillers instead it is less risky but makes such a beautiful change when done tastefully. I would suggest fillers in your lips which would balance them out and having a fuller top lip would also create less obvious space between your nose and lips. And maybe some filler in the cheeks its very feminine. Overall i think you are very pretty and dont need something drastic like surgery.

    Dont lose hope there are some great surgeons out there that do amazing work. You just have to do alot of research and make sure they perform alot of revision work. Did your projection come down at all since taking the cast off because it is one of my concerns and everyone keeps telling me its just swelling.

    Hi Angie, everyone has been telling me that its swelling but i'm sure that some changes like a slope on the bridge should already be showing even slightly but it isn't. With my personal experience with rhinoplasty i really dont believe the shape of the nose will change after the first reveal just that the shape that you see will become more defined thats all. I can definitely breathe through both nostrils now which im very happy about. I have a consultation with my ps soon so i will discuss all my concerns with him and will post pictures throughout the coming months to show any changes in the swelling.
