I went to see my surgeon today and we went thoroughly trough what was done and I saw the before photos he took with the markings. It seems like the eye shape wasn´t even altered much or if any. I think that the huge difference is appearance confused me a lot, because I actually had no idea how my face would look without the eye bags. For example it didn´t came to mind that bumps in my scull beside my eyes would appear so sharply after reducing the fat inside the eye lids. Maybe I´ll get used to my new face soon and I can post some new photos after a couple of months. Because I didn´t plan the surgery very intensively and didn´t get very much information about anything I felt horrible as I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life. I think this site is extremely useful for all who are planning to get any kind of cosmetic surgery. In my homeland Finland the only information about the risks of different kinds of surgeries were on the web sites of the plastic surgery hospitals and I have to say that a lot of the risks involved in old school lower bleph surgery were not available. I will definitely advertise this site on some most popular discussion sites in Finland.
