I think the hump is just a bit of swelling atm when i had my cast removed earlier in the week i notised a little hump above my bridge and a day after it smoothed down and it was no longer there! good luck keep us updated

congratss! I had my surgery on the same day and had the cast removed on the tuesday too, my nose is swollen and i wanted to see it comparisant to yours, are you going to be putting on any updated pics soon?
