Thank you for your helpful response. I'm over 12 months post surgery and it does look better some days than others. My surgeon said that a revision would be high risk and advised against it as it wouldn’t be easy to smooth it down without creating an imbalance with the other side of the nose? Is this correct or is it really a fairly simple revision procedure?
