This was my experience with Dr Heinrich recently.
I arrived for my appointment on time, however I had to wait 1 hour before I could see the Dr. After 45 min of waiting I enquired how much longer I would have to wait and I was told that they don’t know because it is difficult to estimate how long consultations will last and plus I booked a standard appointment and not VIP. I was about to spend thousands of Euro and they telling me that I am not a VIP client?! Their explanation was: the fee for standard appointment is 100 Euro, but if you book as a VIP it is “little more” and there will be no waiting. Anyway, I am fine with waiting 10, 15 min or even half an hour, but 1 hour?
After Doctor came to the waiting room, instead of offering his apology for the long wait, with the stern look on his face he asked “Who is here in a hurry, I was told that somebody here is in a hurry!?”.
I found Doctor quite unceremonious. I had to ask him to draw the curtains as it was dark outside and the buildings around had the full view of what was going on inside. The examination was rough and I to be honest I felt like crying.
I was really looking forward to have the operation but today’s experience put me right off.
