It looks like your PS did a great job. Our breasts are similar in the before pic and I too will be 40 soon and looking into no more flat girls. I am concerned about nipple sensation and loss of feeling. Can you update as to how things are going now and if the implants have moved into the 'pocket' as you say. So happy for you !!
I can't believe you are up and getting dressed. I am so happy for you!! I can't wait until its my turn. I know it's still very early, but are you considering any more procedures?

I am so glad I found this website! I too am an African American woman looking to make some changes to reflect how I feel on the inside. My concern is scarring and the possibility of keloids to occur. If you discussed this with your doctor I would like to know his thoughts. Good luck and I can't wait for updates later in the month!
