I can have a 6000+ revision to "improve" things through more lipo and fat grafting to the dents but it's never going to look normal

The "lumps" are actually pockets of fat that weren't taken out combined with dents where too much fat was taken out... and because in most areas he was too aggressive, I have visible discoloration and scar tissue. I'm sure he'll offer a revision but I don't trust his skills at all anymore : (
