Your new nose looks great! I enjoyed reading your story, it has been do encouraging to me. I'm scheduled for April 18 and I'm so nervous that I'm beginning to doubt myself! I'm to the point of waking up in the middle of the night worrying about it!! Thank you for sharing so much in such good detail! This might sound ridiculous but I'm mostly scared about going under anesthesia!

My surgery date is set for April 18 and I am nervous, scared, wondering if I should do this! I have paid my fees, picked up meds, bought a cool air humidifier, read all of your inspiring stories about your rhinoplasties, I even watched real live videos of the procedure on the Internet! I am worried about having a bad headache when I am done with surgery because I don't function too well with headaches. I am a mom of two and life is hectic with kids so I hope I can be good to go back to work and help out at school and fulfill me "room mom" duties within two weeks post-op! I wonder what else I can do to prepare myself mentally for this procedure. I even have pictures of my nose on my phone to encourage me as to why I am going thru with this!!

Dr. Grigoryants did Kim Richards rhinoplasty on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills tv show. I like Kim's results and you can look that episode up on the Internet. I don't live in CA, but he seems to be a good doctor. I am scheduled to have my surgery next month in NM. My nose has a huge dorsal hump. Like everyone else I'm nervous about the whole surgery!

Those of you who already had the surgery done - did your "eyes" ever bother you post-op? My sister-in-law recommended that I wear some sort of dark glasses during surgery to help protect them against the bright light that surgeons use while performing the operation. She said her eyes felt swollen and her vision was blurry a few days post-op. Do any of you recommend this?

Oh my gosh!!! Your new nose is beautiful!! it looks do natural and perfect!! What a great job your surgeon did!! Congrats!!! I wish I would have thought about rhinoplasty when I was your age! I'm now 43 and about to have mine done in April... of course I'm scared and I go back and forth with idea every day! I think I would have been a little less fearful if I was a lot younger...
