I am 5'3'' and 135lbs and I just got 550cc silicone. They look very proportionate to my frame. I think you could definitely go at least 550! I originally tried on the 450 and they just looked "okay" and I figured if I am going to spend all this money go big or go home, I dont want to regret not going bigger! Doctor went as big as he could (that would fit lol)! Good luck!!!
