Yes, we called the office and they asked us to take photos from the front & side & email the pictures along with my current measurements. We did, and they responded back within about 3-4 days. They recognized the larger size difference and said they couldn't believe that I had not lost anything & requested we drive back to their office so they could see me. My husband told them we didn't want to make the 4 hour trip again nor did I want to have it redone & asked them what our options were. We waited nearly 3 weeks for a response & then re-sent the email for a second time.
