    I look up Botox Cosmetic's side effects on Botox website, and it does say that rash, itching and red itchy welts are some of the allergic reactions been reported.

    No it's not worth the money. What makes the professional microdermabrasion effective is its power and the vacuum. A home microdermabrasion unit is weak and there is no vacuum. It's basically a vibrating device and it scrubs your face with cream & fine crystals. You can achieve the same thing with a tube or a jar of facial scrubs for less than $10.
