here is the details report :Blowout fractures of the inferior and medial walls of the left orbit:There is an approximately 5 mm depressed blowout fracture of the left orbital floor. There is herniation of orbital fat through the defect, and a portion of the inferior rectus muscle enters the defect as well, suggesting muscle entrapment.there is also an approximately 4 mm displaced blowout fracture of the medial wall of the right orbit, through the lamina papyracea. There is also some herniation of orbital fat through this defect, but no definite extraocular muscle entrapment.
a plastic implant was put in through incision to repair the orbit .However, It has been 5 months and my sye still look sunken after the repair. Please let me know what would be my best possible solution. Thanks a lot!
