my surgery was done on Jan.3 and I am still very unsymetrical and my breast is square with an inverted nipple.
come to find out by 2nd and third opinions, that the bacteria that infected my breast in the first place was introduced at the time the original implant was put in by this same doctor.
My PCP helped me to write this letter:

Dr. Loverme,
After consultations with other medical specialists including an infectious disease specialist, it was concluded that Staphylococcus Epidermis was introduced at the time of the original surgery 5 years ago (implant contamination). The subsequent infection would never have occurred if sterile intra operative techniques were adhered to.
Although your decisions during this recent surgery appear to be reasonable, the cosmetic results are unacceptable.
I am prepared to wait 10 months to completely heal from this last operation. If it is still cosmetically unacceptable/ asymmetric then I want to be redone so that both implants match and complete symmetry is achieved (as so you claimed you would achieve during my pre-operative consultation numerous consults).
This final procedure should be at no cost to me.
Reviewing other patient comments online about you in similar circumstances, I realize that you may not be amenable to making good on your initial promises.
I am prepared to take this further starting with a complaint to the American Board of Registration.
Please have your staff provisionally schedule this corrective surgery for November and contact me regarding arrangements before the end of February 2013.
I trust that patient abandonment will not occur.
Louise Martino
Please let me know thoughts on this as I cant afford another 10,000.00
