Amazing! I can't even see your incisions at all. You look incredible in a bikini, and you chose the perfect size! So glad everything has worked out so well :)
Thanks, Sweettx! I totally get it. I had a really hard time not being active! The good thing is, after a few days (or a week, depending on how you feel) you can walk and do light activity. It at least "sort of" cures the itch of wanting to workout, etc. It's hard going through it, because it seems to take forever, and then one day you wake up and realize a month has passed and you can start working out. And now, 10 weeks into it, I'm better than good as new, feeling great, and super active! Yes, I am so glad I went with 375, because originally I wanted 325. I ended up a 32D. What is the end result you are going for?
Thank you! My implants are Natrelle. I also received a 1 year supply of Latisse for free, since they had a special at the time. Good luck to you! 10 days will fly by!!
I have the high profile silicones, and I love them. My doc said that with my rib/chest size the mod + would have given me uniboob or way too much sideboob. I am shorter than you, I am not sure if that'd make any difference at all. You could probably get away with either, but if you've expressed your concerns and your doc still recommends HP with your frame, that is probably your best bet!
As far as size goes...if your doc recommends 325 and you like the look of 325, I'd definitely go with 350 cc since you'll lose a bit of size when he goes under the muscle (if that's what he is doing). Also, if you are taller, sometimes you have a bit more space to work with and can hold a bit more cc and still look really natural. I originally wanted 325...I ended up going 375 and I'm so glad I did. I ended up a 32D...which is similar to a really full C...I know I'd have been disappointed if I had ended up a cup size smaller than what I am. I would imagine you could achieve a C cup with 350s :)
I'm so excited for you! July is still a ways away...but with good weather and summer fun, it'll be here in a flash.
Oh and about the push-ups? I stopped doing them, and my doc told me not to build my chest muscles for the life of the implants. No need! :)
I'll be watching your story! Good luck!
Hi Daphne! I got silicone. I have felt my friends boobs who have saline and given that I had very little breast tissue I believe it would have felt like a bag of water under my skin. The silicone feels very natural; very soft and squishy! If your husband has the ability to stay home with you for a bit...I'd recommend it! To be honest the first week is such a blur (full of medications, etc) and I needed a LOT of help that first week. You'll be surprised how awkward it is to move at first....how much of your chest muscles you actually use when you use your abs or arms in any way. It goes by fast though, and is well worth the recovery so please don't be scared! I'm 10 (or 11?) weeks post op and it is a far and distant memory now, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. But yes, if you have the opportunity to have help, take it! You'll be so glad you did :)
