Hi Dr. Prousti, to answer your question it is both the nipple and the areola that I'm concerned about. The nipple is oddly shaped and the areola is puffy and filled with bumps for one breast while my other breast looks more normal (nipple is round, no bumps in the areola and is barely puffy). I get that montgomery glands are normal but to have one areola w/o any and another filled w/ them makes it look really ugly aesthetically. Thanks :)
