Hey there! We have very similar measurements. My BWD is also 12.3 and I am 5'5" and weigh 127. I started with almost no breast tissue at a 34A/32B. I went with silicone Mentor HP 450cc right and left. I absolutely LOVE them. I will say, sleeping on my sides has been difficult to adjust to because my BWD is small and the implants do have a little bit of a lateral projection (aka side boob). But I do not think they look too big at all. I am four weeks post-op and they are becoming more and more a part of me every day. I also work out 5-6 days per week and lift HEAVY. I just got cleared to go back to the gym for cardio and lower body. I do notice them, probably because I haven't gotten into my regular workout routine just yet, but I don't feel like they are weighing me down or are in the way at all of lifting/plyo. I just wear two sports bras. They look awesome :-)
I measured at Victoria's Secret (their sizing runs really small BTW!) 2 weeks post-op when I was still very swollen. They said I was a 34DD there. I think by now, since my swelling is gone, and the girls are dropping really nicely, that I am a 34D or perhaps a large C. I was also torn pre-op because I said 450 was my max size and I thought I was going to do 375cc. But I decided that, since I am taking so much time out of my daily routine to recover, and that this is a lifelong investment, to trust my PS and go with the size he thought would be best for my frame...450. I'm so happy I did. I will try to post more pictures on my profile soon but please feel free to send me a message if you have questions! Those sizers look great on you, BTW. It's all about what you wear too. You can dress them up or down, in t-shirts I barely look any different than in my "padded bra" days. Hope this helps!
Hey girl I just wanted to say thanks for re-typing that long comment about working out/healing/being nice to myself :) on my profile! Your advice was what I needed to hear. You look fantastic and congrats on must be 12 weeks post-op now!
You look great!!! Is there anything else your PS has recommended for back pain? I'm four weeks post-op tomorrow and my upper back/neck/shoulders are just killing me... I've been addicted to my heating pad too! I can't wait to actually get a good stretch in.
Thanks girl ;-) this week has been so much better for me. I gave myself "permission" to not be so hard on myself and have been eating much better, had so much more energy, and feel more like myself. I had enough stamina to go to a museum and walk around all day on Sunday, it was great! I've decided to continue eating well and go back to the gym when it feels right. Thanks for the support!
Thank you dear! Boob day has been fun so far and I'm looking forward to chilling with more crappy TV shows and just letting the girls heal the best I can :-)
