It is perminant. I had a friend that wehn we were tonger she has a little bit of acne scaring and she went for 1 micr a month for a year. It got rid of her scaring.

Yes I think it helped with the results. It does help with texture of your skin and smoothing it out.

microdermabrasion. It it removes the first couple layers of your skin. Almost like a more intense exfoliation. I was told that I would get the best results with the Fraxel if I combined it with the Micro.
