Why jaw reduction? you already have a too small jaw. You need jaw augentation. Anyway you look better after the operation

I have the same problem. I think you need to consult a platic surgeon and an oral maxillary surgeon so that they can coordinate their work.

Your profile is well proprthined, neither convex or concave. I think you don`t have an over or underbite. So I believe you should consider fillers for the lines

I am not a doctor but I know that a procedure called Le Fort operation can do so by maxillary impaction.
