I know it's probably too late but the first 3 nights I slept In a recliner or with 7 pillows holding me up high. Omg did it help. But I know by day 5 I was back to myself and by day 7 I was food shopping and worki g with no problems. They look awesome
Well the sports bra is for compression, which helps bruising or clots from forming in early recovery. But I'm sure he has his reasons for it. They look really good
Can I ask why they want you out if a sports bra? Mine tells me at 8 weeks I should still wear it most of the time while they fully drop. Is it because they are overs? Just want to tell you that it's surprising your allowed to he wearing regular bras n bra lettes so early. I still can't wear them. Just don't want to see a fellow boob sister do anything to hurt her babies
