Hi, just wanted to let you know that I had a primary rhinoplasty a year ago and my tip is still bulbous and droops. The only major difference is that my bridge was straightened out but it's not a cute looking nose because the surgeon did not address my bulbous tip. He said that my skin is very thick so he could not do much. Anyways, when I smile my nose flares out into a diamond shape.
I'm current looking at Dr. Jeff Fialkov and Dr. Phil Solomon, both of whom specialize in rhinoplasty and are with the University of Toronto. Since I'm an ethnic patient, it comforted me to see what Dr. Solomon has done with the noses of his ethnic patients, especially in the case of reducing the size of the nose. You might want to check him out if you feel that your skin is thick.
