I am about to be 3 weeks PO! I have been cleared for light exercising. What did you gals do on the first couple of weeks back. im a little reluctant bc I really dont know how to take it easy in the gym. I reallllly go hard but I know I am not ready and wld never do anything to jeopardize my health. I just need some help on what to do my first week back.
I had my tuck on feb 1st 2013. i alotttt of swelling on my flanks which makes it look like a muffin top...is it possible that u r still swelling? does it get more noticeable at night?
