Hi Carol, I am taking once a day MELOXICAM.It's used to joint pain and seems to help me. 15 mg. Doesn't bother my stomach and its not addictive.

I am now taking some meds for the tightness which helps and i agree that stress or some work outs makes it worse.

Hi Carol, saw my surgeon this pass week and it didn't seem to understand the cranial pain that i have. I ask him if this could be from surgery and he was not to helpful on the subject. I am taking a pill for the discomfort but i guess its always going to give me a problem. It's not as bad when i keep my neck moving and i have tried using a lower bed pillow...Seems to help.. Hope you get some relief soon...
