My nostrils were also uneven after surgery, I noticed it the day of the operation when I finally got the chance to look at myself in the mirror....but now I'm 12 days post op and my nostrils are normal again :) I know what you're going through, and the only advice I can give you is the advice I got when I was freaking out...DON'T over analyze your nose. It's only going to drive you nuts and give you anxiety followed by nightmares lol try to stay away from the mirror as much as you possibly can....it'll work itself out, you'll see :)

Thank you :) Yes, I think that's what I was mostly afraid of, that it would look SO different and not fit my face....glad you had positive results yourself!
