Hi, you really look great and I am glad on your behalf that the indent above your bellybutton was eliminated with the correcting treatment. But this is a bit strange; I have the same sort of loopsidedness that you have.. My right side is much smaller (I have about the same amount to pinch at each side as you have). For me, I'm sure I wasn't that loopy before treatment, but I have also explained it with an asymmetrical placement if the device - this I noticed immediately after the treatment, and could tell that the very centre of the suction was a few cm south-east of my bellybutton. I think I will have another treatment with a smaller applicator only on the left side of my lower belly. And it might be that our bodies reacts asymmetrical to treatment, but I will try to get it free of charge, since my treatment was quite expensive to begin with.. How's your inner thighs doing? I am thinking if doing those as well ;)

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I updated my status to 'worth it' after 4.5 weeks, and I really think it will be totally worth it if the results I've had so far (6 weeks post-procedure now) are permanent. When it comes to pain, it was very uncomfortable for me for a couple of days, but actually I think most of my discomfort came from the bruising (and swelling), which I have concluded was from my doctor using a very high setting in the vacuum. Mine was set on 80, and I found out afterwards on the web site of Zeltiq that 50-70 is considered the best - and with an increasing rsik of bruising the higher it's set. I actually think some people in here had a harder time, with severe nerve pain, need for constant pain meds etc. I was pretty happy with just a really tight compression. And now when the swelling is long gone and I can wear my dresses without the bulge on my tummy sticking out, I am quite happy I got coolsculpting done instead of lipo - and I think the discomfort might have been similar or worse with lipo, plus that would have left me with scars as well (and possibly scary side effects, lumpiness etc..). I hope I don't scare you off by my story! A lot of the reviewers don't feel any pain at all, and most of the ones who had a lot of pain still consider it 'Worth it'. It's so easy to forget about the pain when it's over. Best of luck to you in April.

Hi, I did coolsculpting on my lower abs about 5 weeks ago, and do not remember feeling any warmth at all. All I felt was a quite intense pulling, that hurt a bit, and then definitely cold as soon as they turned the elements on. After 5 mins the area was numbed by coolness. But I actually just read on my docs home page, describing the Zeltic machine as the elements can be programmed to either cool OR warm. Don't know what the warmth is for. I would contact Zeltiq directly and ask if I were you...

Hi, too bad you don't see any change. I think you should have noticed something by now. How was your result when they removed the machine, was the tummy frozen and hard, shaped after the suction cup? Since it is a lot of money involved, I asked my doctor if the treatment had ever failed in his practice, if there are people it won't work on. He told me they once had som malfunctions in a short period of time, and because all patients experienced the same (no results) they re-calibrated or something. And treated affected patients once again. If you don't see any in a month you should contact the clinic and ask why you can't see a thing. Good luck!

Hi Sweetheart, I have not posted any final after pics yet, the old ones up there are 5 from before procedure, 2 from right after I had it done, and 3 from day after that. My bruisings came quite immediately I would say, peaking in colour in about day 3, and disappearing gradually in a few days/a week. I did not put any cream, though. But now they are long gone, all I can feel now is a slight numbness. And I think I'm starting seeing results! Don't let my images scare you - if you still haven't seen any bruising you probably won't either. Good luck in your recovery!
