  We have seen a few patients that have come into our office after using tattoo vanish. They had used it multiple times and they described what you have described: they inject the solution into the skin and it forms a scab and after the scab falls off, the tattoo is supposed to be lighter. Well, for these patients, the tattoo didn't get lighter and more importantly, they have formed scars due to constant irritation of the skin. Now we are removing the tattoo with laser treatments, but the scars left over from the tattoo vanish are a problem. If you decide to try it, be sure you find someone good and make sure you are not left with a scar. Hope that helps a bit.
