Yes I did need tightening more on jawline and cheeks, no chin issues. I think if u have skin laxity in ur neck it may work but it doesnt do nada for face and I got that dent on my chin because of it. Its still there...I did Retin A, Microderm and even fillers to make it go away. They all worked momentarily. Yes I know my neighbor (54 yo male) who did it with no results. I would look into Ulthera instead...that appreciably gives more tightening and lifting

I seriosly think everyone is different, i did thermage lower face twice in one yer...emphasis on jawline and naso labial fold....results? I havent seen a change but I am $3000 shorter in my wallet...if you have a lot of money just do it to see if it works for u, if u dont have a lot of money invest in peels and IPLs and so forth. The chances of them working is higher

I have had Thermage done twice in the past year and results are either so slight that I cannot see or there is no results. Either way on my FACE there was no results and I am in my late 30s and I just wanted slight tightening. Well I didnt get that. I got better results with peels and IPL than with Thermage:(

Ah why dont doctors come out and tell you the truth? A males face and skin may be different than a females. I have had theramge done and I have a dent on my left cheek and I promise you it wasnt there before since I am vain enough to take plenty of pictures of myself ti monitor my progress. No one want sto take responsibility! They keep saying"Ah machine is better now, the head is different..."!! None say it MAY cause fat loss since we are heating the skin, it MAY burn your skin since we are microwaving it HOPING for it to contract...results initially are good since face heats up and swells. When swelling goes u are either left with the same face(hopefully) or more pruned face! Since u evaporated all the moisture out of it. If they did u would never do this super expensive procedure! These docs have to pay for their machines and I think they dont tell their patients the whole truth!

no I did not need a TT, they cant even do a TT on me. I am very picky and had slight skin laxity on abs when sitting down and wanted that to be tightened. Thats all and now I will pay for it for the rest of my life:( My lose skin is not enough for TT at all, so thought this may take care of it. Hope everyone learns from my mistake
