Connie I think most people have anxiety because our immune system thinks Botox is bacteria so there is a constant battle by the immune system to rid the 'bacteria' these battles often leave depleted ,low energy so we feel low or even depressed depending on fitness level. When I had that a couple of weeks ago, in face it without fear and have a cup of camomile tea and read a book or call a friend . Another good remedy is go to an acupuncturists and mentioned you feel exhausted and depressed , they should be able to balance back our system ,but you may have to get a few treatments. However try to sweat it out with exercises, our immune system seems to like this as well.

My experience is to avoid cosmetic doctors ,those you want to transform your face rather than wrinkles. Botox is meant to iron out wrinkles but I think people in the cosmetic industry have that impulse to use Botox like a typical facelift solution and in the process they do too much without ensuring that the patient is really having wrinkle issues and in the meantime want to retain their original face. Caution droopy eyelids makes your really ugly wrinkles or not so check and think twice don't hurry and don't let the cosmetic person control what they want just state I Want wrinkles iron OUT , don,t try and change how I look! Remember its your face and your money,!!

Agree massages come later when the muscle aches are gone its more after the flu symptons have subsided and you want to recuperate and get bak to normal or when you energy level fluctuates. acupuncture is also good as it brings back balance back to our mind and body that was stuffed off balance by bad administer action of Botox.

It's time you confront your doctor for an explanation and start a lawsuit against him. There are lawyers who don't charge you any costs if they don,t think they can win the case
