    Once the drains are out... It is fabulous!! What a relief! I hope you get them out... It helps with healing... I felt so much better... Happy healing!

    Hello! Sleeping was tough the first 2 weeks ... I could only sleep 3-4 hrs at a time... I went from the bed to the recliner to the couch with at least 6 pillows ... 3 to prop me up 1 under my legs and 2 on the sides... A shower!!!! What a great feeling that is! It was tough the 1 st time... My husband helped I just went really slow...sounds like you are coming along! Good luck tomorrow!

    Hello dontsweatit! Hope you are having an ok day today... You did it!!!!! It can only get better from here... Take it easy the next week... Rest is the only thing you can do and STAY up with your meds!!! Sleeping is tough now but it gets better... I promise!! I'm po 5 weeks and can't believe how much better I feel... You will be there soon... Let me know if you need any thing!!! Rest well!!

    Hi ladies! I'm post op 4 weeks and feel like I've plateaued .... My lipo on the flanks really are sore and hard... The breast are doing good and my incision on my tummy is healing nicely... But my hip area... Ouch!! Does Any one else feel like this with the lipo on the flanks??

    I get the friend thing... Everyone said " you look great... Blah blah...you really think you need it....that is part of being a mom....and so on..."but when I took off my bra and they drooped to my belly button...that was not fun! I stayed 1 night in the hospital too...best thing I ever did...I appreciated the help from my nurse...because they get you up that night and you need help. You won't believe it when you take off your bra and they don' t move! My husband is still in shock! Lol good luck! We are here for you!
