Hey T.F. you had a great shape to start with, jus make sure you are wearing your compression garment and waist clincher (can be worn together) and you will have anazing results. It appears that you are swollen. Did the doctor reccommend any vitamins that you can take to lessen swelling?

I am actually hoping that if i gained weight in the future, it goes to my butt - again wishful thnking
